For me these 3 words are important for your entire life!
Please, Sorry and Thank You are the magic words for you to be noticed as a polite person. And I'm so mad, when I remembered that those clients never said THANK YOU, SORRY and PLEASE after ordered me a report or asked me for a reschedule. By the way, if you don't want to do it just please send the words.. no need to made it from your heart.. but at least people will marked you as a polite one.
This post is made because I can't stand those horrible demanding email but when all perfectly done, they sent me nothing. No THANK YOU at all.. SIGH!
